About Us / Origins
Denny Horn founded Circle “D” Productions (“CDP”) in 2016, producing concerts in various homes and benefit shows in and around the Philadelphia region. In 2019, CDP began producing concerts in various venues throughout the area. Since its creation, CDP has produced over 60 concerts and hasn’t looked back. CDP has added entertainment industry consulting as well as artist booking and management to its portfolio.
CDP’s mission is nurturing and assisting emerging artists, both locally and regionally. We are proud to have helped several artists move from local band status to national recognition. One of our proudest moments was producing the last of our three shows with the Asbury Park band, Dogs In A Pile. With an audience of over 400 music lovers, we raged all night, with three simultaneous light shows, lasers, and personal “pod-fires” to keep fans cozy during the crisp night air.
Our goal is to bring live music to areas hungry for music, human interaction, and camaraderie, with exciting, fun gatherings that build on the creation of “COMMUNITY”.
To quote Grateful Dead lyricist, Robert Hunter, we aim to “roll away the dew”. We look forward to meeting you at our next show!
Join Our Street Team
Thanks for your interest in joining our Street Team! We are looking for like-minded folks who are well connected to their music community to help us spread the word about our upcoming shows. We book artists in many genres, so we’re looking for a diverse range of street team members. There are some great perks to joining our street team: free concert tickets, occasional swag, the opportunity to learn about music promotion from the ground level, and sometimes other cool stuff.
